Ilya Trakhtenberg is a Principal in the Chicago office of L.E.K. Consulting. Ilya has 8 years of experience as a management consultant serving corporate and private equity clients across industries over the course of 100+ engagements. Ilya serves as a strategic adviser to senior leaders on growth strategy, commercial excellence, and M&A transaction support. Particular sectors of expertise include MedTech and healthcare services. Ilya has also published several articles in the MedTech Strategist, the premier trade journal serving the medical device industry. Prior to joining RJD’s Advisory Board, Ilya has served as a President of the Jewish Business Association at Kellogg and was a member of the Board of Directors of the America-Israel Chamber of Commerce of Chicago. He completed an MBA with Honors at the Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics and Political Science at Northwestern University.

Irena Persky, Ph.D., is a health psychologist, wellbeing champion and change activator. Drawing on over 15 years of experience working in multiple health care and organizational settings, Irena brings both knowledge and practicality to her work. She's passionate about translating modern science into concrete and effective strategies for both individual and organizational success. By incorporating common sense and her professional expertise into her interventions, Irena has helped many people take action to create mind-body health and thriving lives. Irena is a co-founder and manager of the Total Health, Resilience, and Improved Vitality program at a Chicago-area VA hospital and founder of Wellbeing Treasured, Inc - a boutique consultancy focused on empowering people to optimize wellbeing and realize their potential for happiness and a meaningful life.
Irena completed her doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Illinois at Chicago with a concentration in Health Psychology and Research Methods. Irena has wide-ranging experience in management and leadership in hospital and business settings. She has lead numerous system redesign and performance improvement initiatives that resulted in the development of nationally recognized programs. She is a published researcher who mentors and supervises advanced trainees and other clinicians. Irena has a passion for consulting and group workshop facilitation and is a sought-after presenter and professional speaker.

Eteri Zaslavsky is a Managing Director at Next Realty, LLC and is responsible for executing the company’s investment strategy. Since joining Next Realty in 2006, she has completed over 35 transactions including property acquisitions, note purchases and institutional joint-ventures. Additionally, Eteri was instrumental in successfully completing the capital raise of Next Realty Fund VIII and Fund IX, fully-discretionary real estate private equity vehicles targeting diverse retail and parking investments nationwide. Prior to joining Next Realty, she worked at Allstate Investments, The Tuckerman Group, and Jones Lang LaSalle. Eteri received a BA in Economics from The University of Chicago and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She also holds the CCIM designation.

Paul is one of the founders and principals of FKS Wealth Management Group, which works exclusively with successful families, business owners, young professionals and their advisors. Paul began his career as a Financial Advisor in 1997 after successfully selling his Corporate Catering business. He holds bachelor's degree in economics from University of Illinois, in Chicago and MBA in finance from DeVry University Keller Graduate School of Management. He completed his Certified Financial Planner certification at Northwestern University after submitting to the rigorous CFP certification process that includes a demanding education, examination, experience and ethical requirements.
Genia is the Director of the Jewish United Fund's Russian Jewish Division (RJD). She is responsible for setting strategic direction for an organization, fundraising, board and lay leadership development and designing educational and social projects for the Russian-speaking Jewish community in Chicago. Genia received BS and MS in World History and Jewish Studies from the International Solomon University in Kiev, Ukraine. Prior to joining JUF in 2008, Genia was working with non-profit Jewish organizations in Ukraine, Sweden and Israel.
